Projects for Public Bid/Proposal

The Twin Ridges Elementary School District uses the CUPCCAA (California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act) process for bids between $75,000 and $220,000. Notice to bid is provided only to those that have signed up to be on the approved list of contractors. The application process is relatively easy and does not require a heavy amount of paperwork. Twin Ridges Elementary School District appreciates the opportunity to work with and support any local contractors in our area for upcoming projects.

Upcoming Projects Going out for Bid

The below list is upcoming projects that will be going out for bid for Twin Ridges campuses. Those Campuses include, Grizzly Hill School, Oak Tree Campus, and Washington School Campus. Board Approved Projects

HVAC

We will be seeking bids for HVAC installation in our Gym at the Grizzly Hill Campus. This project should not require DSA approval.  

Fire Water Tank

We will need to replace our current Fire Water Tank with a metal tank. It must pass DSA and Fire code guidelines and hold between 30,000 and 50,000 gallons of water.

Siding and Dry Rot Repair

We will be repairing dry rot, siding and fascia on all 3 of our District Campuses. These campuses are Grizzly Hill, Oak Tree, and Washington School.
